Job description

Applications are now open for the position of Management Trainee, Virtualization. As part of this role, you will assume responsibility for deploying, setting up, and resolving issues related to VMware/XenApp/XenDesktop/VDI environments and Netscaler. A strong background in designing, implementing, and providing support for diverse Citrix systems, including Storefront, Provisioning Services, Director, Studio, Citrix Universal Printing Server, Profile Management, and similar components, will be highly valued.

Responsibilites
  • Design and validate new and existing VMware and Citrix platforms.
  • Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and domain specialists to actively lead Problem Management initiatives, with a primary emphasis on conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (RCCA).
  • Lead weekly reviews with SMEs from different domains for complex IT implementations across multiple areas, including applications and products.
  • Nurture and manage relationships while effectively resolving any potential disputes among internal partners.
  • Implement industry-standard methodologies to ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to drive initiatives for improving services.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of team building practices, principles, and issues.
  • Certification in Microsoft and Citrix platforms.
  • Knowledge in Exchange and System Center areas would be advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in deploying, setting up, and resolving issues within VMware, XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI environments, as well as Netscaler.
