Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to acquire knowledge about our company’s products and their diverse range of capabilities.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty, thereby increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
  • Possess technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages will be advantageous, particularly if the company operates within a multilingual country.
  • Delivering timely technical support and offering on-demand training to customers who utilize our products, promptly resolving their inquiries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive education on the functional capabilities of our product and offering valuable guidance on potential upgrades.
  • Collaborating closely with the product manager to actively collect feedback from customers, identifying recurring issues, and actively contributing to the development and enhancement of our products.
  • Upholding high service standards, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Education & Skills
  • Undergraduate degree in fields such as BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
  • No active backlogs or year gap during the educational journey.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
