The primary goal of the Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization is to offer top-notch data annotation services that empower AI models. Our overarching vision is to generate substantial business value by providing large-scale, high-quality data annotation solutions. We strive to deliver labeling capabilities that are both user-friendly and scalable, ensuring that they uphold the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and security. By accurately determining labels for products that align with search queries, our objective is to enhance the search experience for our esteemed customers. To achieve this, we work in close collaboration with various machine learning (ML) applied science teams dedicated to refining and testing ML models in areas such as semantic matching, These areas of focus include ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality.

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to engage in the auditing and reviewing of judgments across a range of workflows. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional analytical and communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering dedication to achieving excellence.

Responsibilites

In the role of Data Associate I, ML, your primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate and timely data annotation across diverse workflows. The nature of the tasks will involve repetition and necessitate prompt decision-making while adhering to provided guidelines. Your key duties will encompass, but are not restricted to, the following:

Achieves business metrics and goals, such as meeting SLA, production, and quality targets.
Works with minimal direction
Keeps accurate records of daily work by consistently updating trackers or workflow tools as required.
Adheres to SOP/guidelines or instructions provided by the manager, ensuring that the output consistently meets quality compliance standards.
Actively contributes to the development of project improvement and operational excellence ideas, as relevant to enhance overall performance.
Takes responsibility for providing timely responses to stakeholders regarding related tasks, following the guidance outlined in the SOP and defined SLA.
Proactively notifies the manager or stakeholders of any issues or alarms that could potentially impact core deliverables or operations.
Conducts data analysis to evaluate trends and patterns, and provides recommendations on generic patterns that can be translated into rules.
Demonstrates a willingness to handle sensitive issues, including but not limited to adult content, religious and philosophically sensitive topics, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
Addresses process-related issues and performs troubleshooting, including conducting root cause analysis when necessary.
Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce)

Education & Skills

Good communication skills in english with both written and verbal is mandatory
Strong analytical and communication skills
Displays a strong passion for delivering a positive customer experience and exhibits composure even in challenging situations.
Demonstrates the ability to successfully and efficiently accomplish challenging goals or assignments within the defined SLA.
Should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment including night shifts and the shifts are decided based on the business requirement.
Should be flexible to work in rotational week offs
Requires a home environment with minimal background noise, reliable internet connectivity, and a dedicated space to effectively work on deliverables.
Mandates a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps or higher, and a data plan of at least 100 GB from a trusted service provider.
Must maintain constant access to a mobile phone provided by a dependable service provider.
Requires a backup power source in the event of a power shutdown.
Must either be located in one of the following states or be willing to relocate to one of these states prior to the joining date.
