Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have successfully completed full-time education in any of the following streams/branches: B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B.Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA starting from the year 2023.
- Please note that eligibility does not include part-time or distance education programs.
- Candidates holding degrees such as BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc (in CS and IT Branch) or MBA/PGDBM are not eligible to apply for this role.
- During the application and/or onboarding process, it is essential that applicants do not have any active backlogs.
- It is imperative that the relevant degree for the job role is completed within the specified duration without any gaps. For instance, a BBA degree should be completed within 3 years, while an M.Sc degree should be completed within 2 years.
- Candidates who have undergone the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the past three months are ineligible for reapplication.
- Candidates should have no more than 11 months of work experience.
- Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to work in India, either by being a citizen or possessing the necessary work permit documents. It is worth noting that citizens of Bhutan and Nepal can work in India without a work visa. However, for all other foreign nationals, a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card is required to work in India.
- Due to Accenture’s global clientele, candidates are expected to demonstrate flexibility in working across various time zones and shifts.
- Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to work in any of the Business Units or Service lines within Accenture.
- Candidates should exhibit a willingness to join or relocate to any of the Accenture offices located across India.

Mock Assessment
- You will get a 10-minute mock/practice assessment
- Participation in the mock assessment is mandatory as it will verify that you have the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connection.
- This assessment will provide you with an opportunity to gain experience with the assessment process.
Assessment #1: Cognitive assessment
- You will be allocated a total of 50 minutes to finish this assessment.
Cognitive assessment includes 50 questions on
- English ability
- Critical thinking and Problem solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Upon completion of the cognitive assessment, the results will be communicated within 5-10 minutes. We advise you to remain seated and await the outcome.
Following the result notification, the technical assessment will commence immediately. It is important to note that the technical assessment is optional and does not serve as an elimination round.
Assessment #2: Technical assessment (Optional)
Please note that while the technical assessment is not considered an elimination round, the scores obtained in the technical assessment will be taken into account when calculating the overall selection process score, which will ultimately determine the final selection.
A total of 40 minutes will be provided for you to complete this assessment.

- Pseudocode
- Fundamentals of Networking, Security
- Fundamentals of Cloud
Assessment #3: Communication assessment
The estimated duration for this assessment is around 30 minutes.
A separate email containing specific timelines and login details will be sent to you for your participation in this assessment.
The communication assessment will evaluate you based on the parameters mentioned below.

- Pronunciation
