Responsibilities
  • Accountable for creatively implementing and enhancing consumer journeys, both current and future.
  • Facilitate efficient UX/UI processes by conducting usability studies, enabling active collaboration between the design team, journey owners, and engineers.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders across various bank functions, such as operations, risk, compliance, etc., to design a state-of-the-art digital solution that excels in its class.
  • Devise and implement campaigns and programs aimed at boosting customer digital adoption
  • Collaborate with the line of business to enhance employee engagement, knowledge, and awareness of the offerings available through digital channels.
  • Accountable for overseeing project execution, encompassing experience design and effective stakeholder management.

  • Possess expertise in digital product development and the management of product life cycles.
