Job description
At our office in India, we are actively looking to grow our team of Agents for our globally recognized client’s Customer Support and Content Review Centre.
We are currently in the process of expanding our team of Associates and are actively seeking fresh graduates from any discipline who possess excellent spoken English skills. Ideal candidates should be capable of working in a process-driven environment, handling customer service or content review responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Verifying and reviewing information in accordance with policy and guidelines.
- Performing outbound calls as required for content moderation.
- Adhering to all compliance and security measures regarding client data.
- Acting upon process changes and updates by conducting thorough research.
- Ensuring compliance with process quality standards and aiming to surpass quality targets.
- Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
