Responsibilities
- Engage in the end-to-end process of designing, constructing, testing, integrating, supporting, and configuring applications aligned with specific business requirements.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business drivers that impact performance and deliver software solutions that effectively meet and surpass those expectations.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements by seamlessly incorporating them into solutions, actively contributing to the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and emerging technologies, and seamlessly integrating them into existing systems.
- Assume responsibility for incident resolution and offer customer support through various channels, including voice interaction, email, chat, or remote assistance.

The following qualifications would also be preferred
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
- Possess experience or expertise in Salesforce.com application configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development.
- Have knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) development.
- Test automation engineering.
- Undertake the creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
- Application of business and functional knowledge, including adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies to achieve team objectives.
- Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Preparing comprehensive reports related to software testing activities.
- Conduct analysis of test results and deliver observations to the development team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from all branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from the 2022 & 2023 graduating batches with full-time education are eligible to apply. (Part-time and distance educations will not be considered)
- MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible for this role.
- Candidates must not have any active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.
- The relevant degree must be completed within the designated duration, with no gaps in the course of study. (For example: B.Tech should be completed in 4 years or M.Tech/MSc in 2 years.)
- Only the highest educational qualification will be considered.
- Candidates should not have undergone the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the previous three months.
- Candidates should have no more than 11 months of prior experience.
- Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to work in India, either through Indian citizenship or possession of relevant work permit documents.
- Please be aware that citizens of Bhutan and Nepal are permitted to work in India without obtaining a work visa. However, all other foreign nationals must possess a work visa or hold an Overseas Citizenship of India or Person of Indian Origin card to be eligible for employment in India.
- Applicants must be open to working in any Business Unit or Service Line across the company.
- Applicants should be willing to join or relocate to any Accenture office located across India.
Assessment Process
Once you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email invitation to engage in online assessments. The assessment process comprises two stages, which must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe.
Mock Assessment
As a compulsory prerequisite, you will be given a 20-minute mock/practice assessment. This mock assessment is designed to ensure that your hardware, software, and internet connection are suitable for the forthcoming assessments. Furthermore, it offers you an opportunity to acquaint yourself with the assessment format.
Assessment 1
The Cognitive and Technical Assessment requires a completion time of 90 minutes. It encompasses 50 questions covering the following areas:
- English ability
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Abstract reasoning
The Technical Assessment comprises 40 questions that encompass a range of topics, including
- Common Application and MS Office
- Pseudocode
- Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
Assessment 2
The Coding Assessment will last for 45 minutes. You will be given two questions to solve using one of the following programming languages:
- C
- C++
- Dot Net
- Java
- Python
Assessment 3
The Communication Assessment typically lasts for approximately 30 minutes. You will receive a separate email with the specific timelines and login details to participate in this assessment. The Communication Assessment assesses the following parameters:
- Sentence mastery
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Pronunciation
