Tech mahindra Hiring for Mega walk-in-drive for technical support international voice process

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat support.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Support end-user devices and peripherals, including computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and data processing.
  • Address IT break-fix requests from customers and either resolve the issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.
  • Act as the first line of help desk support, resolving basic level 1 and some level 2 issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems remotely, including those related to Windows, Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Android Phone Support, MDM, AirWatch, etc.
  • well-versed in retail industry devices, including Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Zebra devices, switches, routers, printers, and other equipment commonly found in stores.
  • Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and resolve technical problems.
  • Create and update knowledge articles and support processes.
Education
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are eligible.
  • Minimum mandatory experience of 6 months to 1 year.
  • Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an SVAR score of 65 or above.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional adaptability and ability to learn new platforms and skills quickly.
  • Exceptional sense of urgency.
  • I possess outstanding interpersonal skills that prioritize building rapport, active listening, and effective questioning.
Preferred Qualification
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with constraints beyond one’s control.
  • It is advantageous to possess experience and expertise in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), Windows, and Office365.
  • Good to have ITIL knowledge.
  • Graduation from an accredited institution or relevant technical experience as an undergraduate.
  • Previous experience in customer/technical support or technology-related roles.
