Job description

Vedantu is currently seeking freelance OTO Teacher Partners for their one-to-one teaching wing. As part of this role, you will be expected to offer a minimum of 4-5 hours of availability during either the first or second half of the day. You have the flexibility to select one or more of the preferred time slots mentioned below.

Preferable Slots

5AM to 9AM
9AM to 12PM

12 PM to 4PM
4PM to 8PM
8PM to 12AM

Responsibilities

Conduct live one-to-one coaching and tutoring sessions with assigned students, prioritizing the maintenance of satisfactory session ratings. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to achieve high conversion rates from demo sessions and secure maximum renewals from existing students. These outcomes reflect the students’ appreciation for your teaching and their desire to continue receiving guidance from you.
By ensuring student retention at Vedantu, you will not only contribute to a higher hourly rate but also be eligible for incentives as a valued Teacher Partner in the business. Your dedication to fostering long-term relationships with students will be rewarded accordingly.
Adhere to the session constructs, uphold the session ratings, and ensure the session quality meets the desired thresholds.
Stay responsive and adapt to any changes in session constructs or policies that may arise periodically to align with business requirements.
