Job description

As a Student Success Specialist at BYJU, you will embark on a journey of guiding students utilizing the BYJU’s App Learning Program, playing a crucial role in their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will involve establishing regular communication with students and parents to ensure a seamless and impactful experience with BYJU.

This work-from-home role is exclusively open to mothers.

Must be a Graduate.

This position, it is essential to have a personal laptop and reliable access to high-quality Wi-Fi from your residence.

Language Required: Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position, while proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, and Telugu is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • As a mentor, your responsibility will be to guide and support the students assigned to you throughout their journey with BYJU’S, ensuring their active engagement with the product and learning materials.
  • Your role as a guide is to assist learners throughout their academic journey by directing them to relevant resources, providing access to quality information, and facilitating their academic learning.
  • Employing a variety of communication channels including phone, chat, and video, you will mentor and actively engage both students and parents in the learning process.
  • Your task involves monitoring and analyzing student performance dashboards to demonstrate the overall progress and development of students.
  • Consistently providing inspiration and guidance, we strive to motivate children towards academic excellence and enhance their achievements and performance in both academics and extracurricular activities.
  • Facilitate optimal engagement and utilization of the app for both students and parents, empowering them to make the most out of its features and functionalities.
  • Under the supervision of your management, it is your responsibility to ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Note
  • The expected daily targets include 5 hours of talk time, 60 customer connections, and making 150 or more dialed calls.
  • Work hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • During the week, you have two days off. a rotating base.
