- If you have completed full-time education in any of the following streams/branches from the year 2023 onwards, you are eligible: B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B.Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA.
- Part-time and distance education programs are not eligible.
- Ineligible candidates include those with degrees in BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA/MSC (CS and IT Branch) MBA/PGDBM.
- During the application and/or onboarding process, it is essential to note that no active backlogs will be permitted.
- The relevant degree for the job role must be completed within the specified duration without any gaps.
- Candidates who participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the last three months cannot reapply.
- Maximum work experience allowed is 11 months.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or possess relevant work permit documents.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa, while other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and shifts is expected due to Accenture’s global services.
- Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within Accenture is required.
- Willingness to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India is necessary.

- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be sent an email invitation to participate in online assessments.
- The assessment is divided into two stages.
- Both stages of the assessment must be completed within the scheduled time.
Mock Assessment
- A 10-minute mock/practice assessment will be provided to you.
- Participation in the mock assessment is mandatory, as it will verify that you possess the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
- This assessment will provide you with an opportunity to gain experience with assessments.
Cognitive assessment
- A total of 50 minutes will be allotted for the completion of this assessment.
The cognitive assessment comprises a set of 50 questions.

Upon completion of the cognitive assessment, you will be notified of the results within 5-10 minutes. We advise you to remain seated and await the outcome.

Technical assessment (Optional)
While the technical assessment is not categorized as an elimination round, it is important to note that the scores achieved in this assessment will be factored into the overall selection process score. This overall score will play a significant role in determining the final selection outcome.
A total of 40 minutes will be provided for the completion of this assessment.
