Responsibilities
- Conduct quick and visual reviews of print book files, adhering to specified guidelines and training.
- Execute repetitive tasks, relying on judgment-based decisions, while following the provided standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Thoroughly compare each task against the outlined specifications in the SOPs.
- Work autonomously within general workflow guidelines to achieve targets and meet timelines.
- Demonstrate fair judgment in understanding instructions from Subject Matter Experts, managers, or SOPs while performing tasks.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of any questions to Quality Assurance Specialists and Quality Assurance Leads.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work using Excel for data recording purposes.
Basic qualifications
- Possesses a working knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word and Excel.
- Proficient in spoken and written English language skills.
- Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment that relies on software systems and processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and making quick visual decisions based on training.
- Willingness and ability to work on weekends.
