Job description
The Trainee holds the responsibility of configuring and testing Wipro’s exclusive Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System, catering to our clients’ specific needs. During the configuration process, specialized proprietary systems and tools are employed to set up and modify tables/parameters within the TBA System, aligning with the defined requirements from the analysis. Testing responsibilities include preparing test cases and data, and executing test activities following the guidance of the SA (System Analyst). This role serves as an entry-level opportunity, targeting applicants with robust programming skills (logical reasoning, analytical abilities), as well as experience in systems configuration and testing related to human resource function-supporting systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviews client requirements documents and any preliminary test plans, while ensuring adherence to due dates and supporting client delivery priority.
- Asks clarifying questions regarding the stated requirements and makes efficient use of handoff time.
- Utilizes relevant problem-solving resources whenever required during the process.
- Escalates issues promptly when appropriate.
- Utilizes typical client requirements documentation to aid in analysis and/or test planning.
- Identifies the necessary test cases to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Completes test plans with the required test case details.
- Configures the system according to the analysis specifications.
- Documents all relevant configuration changes in the analysis specifications.
- Addresses and resolves any issues identified during the test execution phase.
- Demonstrates the ability to conduct stress testing of the system to assess its performance under demanding conditions.

Qualification
