  • The tasks involve designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications according to business requirements.

  • Incorporate technology trends into solutions and actively participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies, seamlessly integrating them into existing solutions.

  • Ensure timely delivery of code while adhering to quality standards, actively engaging in peer reviews.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Individuals with backgrounds in any streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) are welcome to apply.
  • Considered pass-out years are 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
  • Candidates must not have any active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.
  • Candidates who have taken part in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the last three months are not eligible to apply.
  • Experience should not exceed 11 months for eligible candidates.
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in India, either by citizenship or possessing relevant work permit documents.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa, while other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) cardholders can work in India.
Selection process
  • If eligible, candidates will receive an email invitation to attend online assessments.
  • The assessment process consists of two stages.
  • Both stages must be completed within the scheduled time.
Mock Assessment
  • Candidates will undergo a 20-minute mock/practice assessment.
  • The mock assessment is mandatory and serves to ensure that candidates have the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
  • Participating in the mock assessment will provide candidates with a simulated experience of the actual assessments.
Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical assessment
  • Candidates will be allocated 90 minutes to complete the assessment.
  • The assessment consists of both Cognitive and Technical sections.
  • In total, there will be 50 questions to be answered by the candidates during the assessment.

Technical assessment includes 40 questions on
  • Common Application and MS office
  • Pseudocode
  • Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
  • Candidates are required to participate in the coding assessment after completing the cognitive and technical assessment.
  • The coding assessment is mandatory for all candidates.
  • Failure to participate in the assessments will result in the termination of the candidature process for the candidate.

Assessment #2: Coding assessment

  • Candidates will have 45 minutes to complete the coding assessment.
  • Candidates will receive two questions to solve during this assessment.
  • Candidates can use any one of the following languages to solve the coding questions.

  • Java
  • Python
Assessment #3: Communication assessment 9 Optional)
  • The duration of the communication assessment is approximately 30 minutes.
  • Candidates will receive a separate email containing the specific timelines and login details for the assessment.
