Responsibilities
- Interact directly with Ditto’s users, serving as the face of the company.
- Understand user requirements and suggest appropriate policies or features that align with their needs.
- Offer guidance and support to users throughout their insurance purchasing process.
- Access to a rigorous two-month training program for individuals without prior experience in the insurance industry, ensuring they are brought up to speed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
