Job Description
PlanetSpark Company is actively looking for candidates to fill the position of Teacher Trainers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct demo classes for children.
- Deliver lessons using PlanetSpark’s pedagogy.
- Share observations about students and parents with the counseling team.
- Lead regular classes following PlanetSpark’s Curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any academic background.
Preferred Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Availability to work six days a week.
- Dedication to invest a minimum of 4 teaching hours daily for PlanetSpark.
- Minimum of 1 year English teaching experience.
- Possession of a reliable laptop with webcam and stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Salary
- INR 250 per standard class.
- Additional INR 100 for instructors teaching international students between 10pm to 6am.
Shift Timings
- India: 3PM to 8PM.
- Middle East/Europe: 3PM to 11PM.
- US/Canada: 10PM to 8AM.
