Job Description
This role entails engaging with customers via telephone to ensure the resolution of all issues to the customer’s utmost satisfaction. You will be responsible for precisely comprehending the customer’s concerns, adhering to established procedures for issue resolution, and maintaining effective communication with customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will engage with our diverse customer base from across India. Our company places significant emphasis on the quality of customer service we provide, and as a result, we exclusively seek out top-tier customer service professionals for our team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Ability to handle 80 to 100 calls per day.
- Flexible availability for rotational shift timings.
- One week off on a rotational basis.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Option for work from home after 3 months.
- The minimum typing speed required for this position is 20 words per minute.
- Freshers should have graduated in 2022 or later, with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
- Must have personal transportation; no transportation allowance provided.
Education
- Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree); Not eligible for BE/B.Tech & PG.
Salary
- Freshers with 0-11 months of experience: CTC 2 lacs per annum.
- Candidates with over 12 months of experience: CTC up to 2.5 lacs per annum (No salary negotiation). Relieving letters & payslips are mandatory.
