- Service Agreement: 12 Months of Service Agreement
- Location: Noida (Non-SEZ), Tower A, Plot No. 6, Tech Boulevard Park, Sector 127, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh.
- Final Interview Location & Date: Will be provided after clearing the first level of gate assessment
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Candidates should be flexible to work in complete night shifts)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize proprietary systems and tools to configure tables and parameters within the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System.
- Configuration tasks are executed in accordance with the specifications provided during the analysis phase.
- Prepare test cases and relevant test data to validate the functionality of the TBA System.
- Execute test activities based on guidance from the System Analyst (SA).
- This role is designed as an entry-level opportunity.
- Suitable for candidates possessing strong programming skills, including logical reasoning and analytical capabilities.
- Focuses on systems configuration and testing, particularly within systems supporting human resource functions.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE only
- Minimum Graduation Score: 60% in Graduation Degree
- No active backlogs.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in crafting both simple and complex SQL queries.
- Ability to compose intermediate-level SQL queries.
Communication and Excellence
- Exceptional communication skills encompassing oral, written, and listening abilities.
Interview Process
- 1st Level – GATE Online Assessment: Assessment covering topics such as Mathematics, Reasoning, English, Grammar, and Behavioral questions.
- 2nd Level – Managerial Interview: Invitation for this interview will be shared after the 1st GATE assessment results.
- 3rd Level – HR Screening (Microsoft Teams Connect): Final screening conducted through Microsoft Teams Connect.
