Responsibilities
- Conduct research and source leads.
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while incorporating your creative approach to surpass individual goals.
- Promote the CM position through outbound recruiting campaigns, encompassing calls, emails, texts, and more.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Team Leads and fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting team objectives.
- Generate a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with interview and training teams.
Requirements
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities with a neutral accent.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Preferably, prior experience in outbound sales and marketing.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in work.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working on diverse projects.

Requirements
