Responsibilities
  • Create and manage social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and make necessary weekly/monthly optimizations to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to formulate targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead to identify process and analytics enhancement possibilities.
  • Ensure work meets quality and on-time delivery standards set by management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Own personal transportation and be willing to work flexible shifts, preferably in Australian time zones.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in learning digital marketing platforms, preferably having completed a digital marketing course.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively with good organizational skills.
  • Scoring above 80% in your undergraduate degree is a significant advantage.
  • Be open to working either in a hybrid or full-time in-office capacity.
