Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to potential students via phone calls to help them select the most suitable product and make informed career decisions.
- Handle and respond to inquiries concerning the company and its products.
- Initiate outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Sell memberships to students based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Offer detailed explanations of product features and provide guidance on how to effectively utilize the packages.
- Ensure the delivery of an exemplary customer experience throughout interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in understanding and speaking Elementary Hindi.
- Must be 18 years of age or older is Mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- The capacity to switch communication styles as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
