Role & responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluency in English, essential for all tools, communication, documentation, training, and work.
  • Proficiency in research, utilizing diverse online sources in multiple languages.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a sharp focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
  • Previous customer service experience in the Communications team preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Preferable familiarity with QGIS skills.
  • Ability in a second language as required by the project scope.
  • Incident management experience would be advantageous.
  • Capacity to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
  • Adaptability and quick learning of new projects and processes.
  • Availability for shift-based work schedules (24/7).
