The Selling Partner Support Associate serves as the key liaison between Amazon and our business partners, ensuring prompt and precise operational assistance to merchants selling on the Amazon platform. This role significantly impacts the Amazon customer experience, demanding a strong commitment to customer satisfaction as a primary criterion. Responsibilities include resolving recurring system issues, implementing process enhancements, creating internal guides, fostering a collaborative team setting, and consistently meeting service level agreements across phone, chat, and email channels.

Responsibilities
  • Take complete ownership of every interaction with sellers, proactively solving problems and delivering exceptional support.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both in written and oral forms.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service for Amazon Sellers and Merchants, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company positively and handling sensitive matters adeptly.
  • Exhibit strong time-management skills, working independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a positive team environment, offering proactive assistance to team members with challenging contacts.
  • Maintain satisfactory performance across key metrics like quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Utilize logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to actively seek solutions and identify trends, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams to resolve seller issues and inquiries effectively.
Basic Qualification
  • Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 0-10 years of experience.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Shift flexibility: Availability for 24/7 work, including night shifts, based on business needs.
  • Weekly offs: Rotational two-consecutive day offs within a 5-day working week.
  • Capability to handle Phone/chat & email tasks simultaneously (blended profile).
  • During initial four months (Training & Transition), no unplanned leaves permitted.
  • Proficiency in using desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to assist selling partners globally, spanning marketplaces such as India, USA, EU, and ME.

  • Information security: Willingness to sign an undertaking aligning with the data Security policy’s do’s and don’ts.
