Roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor advisor calls, offering immediate feedback for critical and non-critical errors.
  • Assess if agents maintain acceptable contact handling standards through monitoring and test evaluations.
  • Generate and share performance and statistical reports on contact handling to the Quality Assurance Supervisor regularly (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Hold responsibility for meeting monthly Quality-related service level objectives.
  • Conduct random call monitoring to ensure adherence to Client/TP standards.
  • Manage BAU, Business Intelligence audits, and compliance audits as per business needs.
  • Provide consistent feedback to team members on team performance and escalate any pertinent issues.
  • Collaborate as a team to achieve client-set targets.
  • Maintain flexibility and motivate the team regularly to drive performance.
Information Security Responsibilities
