Key responsibilities
- Offer initial technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related concerns, logging and monitoring support tickets for accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Identify and solve hardware and software problems efficiently to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation for improved self-service options and efficient issue resolution.
Role expectations
- Demonstrate a client-centric approach, effectively collaborating with users from diverse global communities and cultures.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) when engaging with clients, coupled with strong technical expertise.
- Be adaptable to working in shifts and from the office environment.
Eligibility
- 2023 Batch B.E/B.Tech graduates from any branch (UG full-time degree).
- Candidates with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, or Diploma, as well as in their UG.
- Open exclusively to Indian nationals.
- Willingness to adapt to various work locations, shift timings, and technologies.
- Final onboarding with Cognizant is contingent upon satisfactory background verification.
- Ensure the PAN card displays both first and last names; update the last name if missing. Background verification will fail if the last name is absent. Verification also requires matching the PAN card name with the registered name. If the PAN card is unavailable, refrain from proceeding with the application registration.
