- Execute test plans, test cases, and report results promptly and clearly.
- Understand project/product functionalities thoroughly.
- Stay updated with evolving requirements and documentation.
- Proactively identify gaps in test cases and seek out issues/bugs beyond predefined cases.
- Implement comprehensive processes for thorough product testing.
- Display agility in responding to shifting project priorities and quickly adapting testing strategies.
- Proficient in backtracking and conducting root cause analyses of bugs/issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Adherence to predefined SOPs, standard test methods, and established processes.
- Execution of test cases for small components or features within apps, services, or devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets while documenting bugs/failures and ensuring their resolution within SLAs.
- Contribution of improvement ideas for streamlining daily routines where feasible.
- Influence on the quality of assigned components and features.
