Responsibilities:
  • Act as a mentor and career advisor, providing guidance to potential learners.
  • Counsel and advise prospective students, emphasizing the career advancement opportunities offered by CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Showcase the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Oversee the entire sales closing process for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closures, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of lead interactions and consistently offer feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
  • Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Punjabi.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and effective presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated dedication, hard work, and unwavering determination.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with prospects, showcasing a high degree of empathy and patience.
  • Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
  • Sales-oriented mindset to effectively convey NxtWave’s offerings to potential learners and achieve revenue goals.
  • Dedicated commitment to consistently providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prior sales experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
Languages Known:

Native speaker of Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Punjabi.
Proficiency in English is considered advantageous.

Work Location & Working Days:
  • Current arrangement involves working from home.
  • Flexibility to come to the office when required.
  • Workweek consists of six days.
