Responsibilities
- Performs administrative tasks to support the department, coordinating and providing necessary assistance.
- Supports day-to-day operations of study drug, comparators, and ancillaries management.
- Acts as a member of department project teams as required.
- Ensures completion of role-specific training compliance and timely submission of timesheets.
- Serves as a liaison cross-functionally, coordinating activities as needed.
- Executes import and export activities in adherence to company and client requirements as well as applicable regulations.
- Implements Import and Export/Trade Compliance plans for assigned projects.
- Collaborates with Trade Compliance Manager to address import and export issues, providing recommendations and alerts as necessary.
- Participates in ongoing training on new regulations related to import/export activities.
- Maintains updated PPD Owned Metrics Indicators Reports.
- Works under supervision on low complexity trials.
Education
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or possesses an equivalent qualification in the life science domain.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possesses basic English and proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Proficient in computer usage and data entry.
- Capable of working effectively in team environments and independently under direct supervision.
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment.
- Utilizes appropriate communication channels to express concerns and offer suggestions.
