Job Description:
- The Service Partner will manage all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is required for communication.
- All agents must be proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding English and Hindi.
Criteria:
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Open to both fresher and experienced individuals, as well as graduates and undergraduates.
- Experienced candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of documented post-training experience in any customer service role.
- Both males and females should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
- Six-day work week with rotational offs.
- Immediate joining required.
- Paid training is mandatory, with certification to be obtained post-training.
- Candidates must have their own device, either a laptop or PC with Windows 10 Pro and Wi-Fi
