Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist students in strengthening their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
- Conduct online classes for students in grades 4 to 10, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide accurate step-by-step solutions to student queries.
- Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Meet the requirement of 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities totaling up to 12 hours per week.
- Engage in non-session activities primarily between 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with sessions scheduled from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Additional responsibilities encompass but are not limited to parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and conducting monthly tests.
- Undertake any additional tasks aimed at enhancing student performance between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
An ideal candidate should:
- Possess a passion for teaching and making a positive impact in education.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
- Exhibit impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English, particularly in camera-facing situations.
- Capability to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
- Welcome freshers as well as candidates with prior teaching experience.
- Showcase the capability to multitask and think creatively.
- Deliver lesson plans effectively and adapt teaching methods to cater to student requirements.
- Be open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
