Eligibility:

- Flexibility to work during night shifts is required.
- Manage the complete bench sales cycle.
Job location:
- JNTUH(onsite)
Experience : 1.5yrs – 3yrs
Salary: DOE with a Lucrative Incentive Structure
Responsibilities:
- We have a diverse pool of market bench consultants with various skill sets and visas, including H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC, and US CITIZEN.
- Interact with clients and vendors to get job requirements for the consultants.
- Communicate with consultants daily and provide updates about submissions and interviews.
- Submit eligible resumes to clients/vendors.
- Schedule in-person/telephonic interviews between candidates and tier one/tier two vendors or the end client.
- Follow up with candidates and clients at each stage for final deal closing.
- Negotiate rates with clients/vendors.
- Have knowledge of US tax terms and visas.
- Manage the complete bench sales cycle.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Manage bench sales recruitment and procure job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.
- Negotiate the best rates for consultants and follow up on interview schedules.
- Place consultants in suitable projects and maintain regular interaction and follow-up with them.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure lasting partnerships.
- Work as a team player, interview, hire candidates, and build the candidate database.
- Post resumes on all job portals and submit consultants to suitable job postings on all portals.
- Work for H1B Transfer consultants along with all other visas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and job portals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with H1B Transfer consultants and other visa types.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the US recruitment industry and tax terms.
