Eligibility:
  • Any graduation students are eligible to apply.
  • Currently work from home and should be flexible to come to tand verbal),interpersonal abilities along with good proficiency in English
  • Should be able to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Compensation:
  • Salary CTC: 20k per month along with additional  incentives  up to 40k per month. (based on your performance)
Languages Known:
  • Native speaker of Telugu
  • Good communication skills in English is an added advantage.
Work Location & Working Days:
  • Currently work from home and should be flexible to come to the office if required
  • 6 – Day Week

Job description:
  • A Lead Generation Associate with excellent Telugu Communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities along with good proficiency in English
  • Individuals who possess a methodical approach to constructing sales funnels, diligently monitoring feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
  • Having a sales-oriented mindset to effectively communicate about lucrative career opportunities to potential learners and generate sales qualified leads.
  • Should be able to work in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Engaging in outbound calls to generate leads that are qualified for sales.
  • Ask relevant inquiries to comprehend the lead and guide them towards advancement in the pre-sales process.
  • Take responsibility of the complete life cycle of sales qualification for the leads assigned to you, including cold calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of all lead interactions and consistently offering feedback on lead quality to the relevant team..
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets.
