Eiligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Freshers are eligible
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written is mandatory

- Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
Responsibility:
- Making phone calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.
- We take responsibility for Identify and resolve unallocated cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
- Perform cash application tasks for invoices at designated locations, ensuring that the Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is carried out promptly, accurately, and with utmost confidentiality.
- We proactively follow up on customer/internal disputes, address customer inquiries, and facilitate collaboration between departments to achieve prompt resolutions.
- We perform order reconciliations to ensure alignment with customer records, which involves verifying credits or debits and communicating them to the customer for collection or refund purposes.

Eiligibility:
- Any Graduate except law
- Fluent in Hindi and English(Hindi is mandatory)
- Should be able to work on a flexible schedule include weekend shift
- prior experience in a customer service role like chat/email/voice
- Strong probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
Responsibility:
- Respond to customer queries and customers concern
- Provide comprehensive support in data collection to facilitate the account recovery process for end users.
- Maintain a profound comprehension of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
