Any graduation students are eligible to apply.
Should be proficient in one of the native languages of Bengali/Odia/Gujarati.
Prior experience in a customer support role and guidance aspects roles.(Optional)
Good communication skillsin English along with active listening
The ability to customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and effectively manage time is essential.
Basic knowledge of the using spreadsheets
It is important to ensure that users actively engage in various activities and make consistent progress.

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Maintain records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way,through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat, WhatsApp, etc.,
Warmly welcome paid users and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they successfully log in to the learning portal and begin their learning journey.
Continuously monitor the progress of students’ learning and regularly engage with them, providing tips and solutions to help them achieve a learning progress of over 75%.
Promote active user participation in various activities and facilitate consistent progress towards their goals..
Regularly communicate updates on users’ progress and course-related information to parents/guardians.
Ensure timely payment of EMIs by assigned users, proactively following up with parents and guardians to ensure regular payments. Provide accurate payment information and offer guidance to facilitate their payment process.

Work Location: Work From Home If required, you need to come to the Hyderabad office.

Working days: 6 days a week

Basic Requirements: Need to have your own laptop and a good internet connection.

Note: Sometimes, need to work on weekends and will take breaks on weekdays. Need to be flexible
