Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible degrees for the role include all streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from the 2023 & 2024 year of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
- Candidates must not have active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.
- Completion of the relevant degree within the stipulated duration is required, with no gaps during the course (e.g., B.Tech in 4 years or M.Tech/MSc in 2 years).
- MBA/PGDBM candidates are ineligible for this role.
- Candidates who have undergone the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the past three months are ineligible.
- Candidates must possess no more than 11 months of experience.
- Eligibility to work in India is required, either through citizenship or relevant work permit documents.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without requiring a work visa. Other foreign nationals must possess either a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
- Candidates must be open to working in any Business Unit/Service line within Accenture.
- Candidates must be prepared to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India.
Assessment Process:
- Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation to participate in online assessments.
- The assessment process consists of two stages.
- Candidates must complete both stages within the scheduled time frame.
Mock Assessment
- Participants will undergo a mandatory 20-minute mock/practice assessment.
- The mock assessment is crucial to verify the compatibility of hardware, software, and internet connectivity.

Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical assessment

Assessment #2: Coding assessment
- The Coding assessment will last for 45 minutes.
- Participants will be presented with 2 questions to be solved using any one of the following languages:

Assessment #3: Communication assessment
- The Communication assessment is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.
- Participants will receive a separate email containing timelines and login details for this assessment.
