Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and administer the coordination and management of Corporate Employee Contribution Program (CECP) transfers.
  • Ensure a seamless transfer of CECP funds between different corporate entities, facilitating a smooth process.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transfer process.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with pertinent stakeholders to collect and assess data pertaining to CECP transfers.
  • Compile reports and documentation to monitor the progress and results of CECP transfers.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the CECP transfer process.
  • Provide support in executing enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of CECP transfers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in relation to CECP transfers to ensure up-to-date knowledge and insights.
Education & Skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in program and project management, particularly in the area of business operation management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset capable of collecting, interpreting, and presenting data.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure precision in transfer processes.
  • Skilled in utilizing appropriate software applications and tools effectively.
  • Having familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertaining to corporate employee contribution programs is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
