JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Arrange, classify, and disseminate content and information utilizing precise instruments and platforms.
- Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content
- Comprehend and stay current with evolving client policies and protocols.
- Examine, resolve, and communicate intricate content-related problems to the wider Trust and Safety team within the predetermined timeframes and quality benchmarks.
- Act as a representative for the user community, promoting their interests and concerns.
- Participate in discussions concerning socially sensitive subjects with the objective of ensuring the safety of our communities.
- Take part in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of work.
- Engage in ongoing training programs and collaborative workgroup discussions to achieve maximum growth in the position.
