Job Description

In a virtual setting, the Executive Assistant provides adept organizational and administrative support to several executives. Independently, they fulfill a diverse array of assigned tasks, collaborating within a team environment under either general supervision or established directives, all aimed at achieving predefined objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist executives in utilizing company self-enabling tools, including travel, reservations, and conference calls.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Arrange conference calls, video conferences, and data conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa/passport procedures.
  • Proactively manage calendars and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal and external third-party suppliers at the request of executives or supervisors.
Skills and Experience
  • High school degree required; university degree not mandatory.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in PC skills (internet, Outlook) and various virtual communication tools (Teams).
