Responsibilities
Priority 1: Employee-Centric Responsibilities
  • Act as a dependable and exclusive point of contact for employees.
  • Provide consistent coaching and guidance to facilitate career growth, manage expectations, and bridge cultural gaps.
  • Support employees throughout the process of aligning individuals with projects and identifying suitable internal roles based on personal interests and ambitions.
  • Conduct personalized, one-on-one career discussions with employees.
  • Strive to create an inclusive and authentically humane Career Experience.
  • Take charge of resolving matters related to career advancement, engagement, compensation, training, and performance milestones (performance counseling).
  • Help employees navigate the organization and offer advice on performance and career goals.
Priority 2: Process and Business Support Responsibilities
  • Participate as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle, contributing to annual compensation assessments and variable pay administration.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and customs.
  • Work with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable candidates for development initiatives.
  • Address unique business needs arising from distinct group characteristics and requirements (e.g., engagement, attrition, change management projects).
