Amazon is currently recruiting for the position of Digital & Device Alexa Support Associate in Hyderabad.
The role of an Amazon Digital & Device Alexa Support Associate is integral to our commitment of providing prompt, precise, and top-notch customer service to all Amazon clients. This crucial position necessitates a proactive and adaptable troubleshooter who will assist customers in expediting their orders and resolving any issues that may arise after purchase. Associates engage with customers primarily through email, chat, and phone channels, utilizing a diverse range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, investigate policies, and deliver effective solutions within a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
Hyderabad location is mandatory for the position.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification required is 10+2 Pass.
- Applicants must not be enrolled in any full-time courses.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using a desktop or laptop computer system.
- Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer is necessary.
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 shift schedules, including day and night shifts.
- Rotational week offs will be applicable.
- Candidates who are currently pursuing a regular course are not eligible for this position.
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package
- Zeta Meal Card is provided with a monthly allowance of INR 1,100, which amounts to INR 13,200 per annum.
- Night Shift Allowance of INR 150 is given per night shift.
