Associates are responsible for maintaining uninterrupted internet connectivity and creating a professional work environment at their home location to optimize productivity and quality. The ideal remote Amazonian is well-versed in navigating the internet and possesses technical proficiency in online tools and research.
Basic qualification:
- The candidate should possess the capability to follow a process driven by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate precise execution of high-judgment actions in accordance with the defined SOPs
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 0 – 2 years (Max) of experience.
- The candidate showcases proficiency in English language through effective, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability
- Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).
- Unplanned leaves are not permitted during the initial four-month period, which includes training and transition.
- The candidate should possess the capability to operate desktops/laptops and have familiarity with internet browsers, Windows operating system, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
- You should have a noise-free home environment with reliable internet connectivity to efficiently complete your deliverables.
- The candidate must possess a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps or higher, and should have a data plan of at least 100 GB from a reputable provider.
- The candidate should have constant access to a mobile phone from a dependable service provider.
- The candidate should have backup power available in the event of a power outage for the duration of their shift.
