Job description

Virtual Customer Service Associate role interviews will be conducted for an Off Campus Drive in Warangal on June 27, 2023.

Job type– Work from home. Freshers can also apply.

Salary– 2,00000 -2,40000 LPA

Additional Benifits

Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night
Overtime Allowance as per company policy
Upon submission of bills, individuals are eligible for internet reimbursement of up to INR 1,250 per month.

Amazon will provide a system/desktop, and the work schedule includes a 5-day week with 2 consecutive days off, which may vary according to business needs.

Education & Skills

Minimum education qualification is 10+2 Pass
Candidates must not be currently engaged in pursuing any full-time course.
Good communication skills with both verbal and written is mandatory
Proficiency in utilizing a desktop or laptop computer system, along with familiarity in operating Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer, is required.
Should be flexible to work both day and night shift if required.
Flexible to be work in Rotational weekoffs.
