Job description:
The Associate in this position is responsible for meticulously reviewing and comprehending a video showcasing the stowing process at a fulfillment center. Their primary task is to utilize their expertise and judgment, along with available tools and resources, to accurately identify and indicate the specific activity depicted in the video. By marking or verifying the product’s location using a designated tool, they contribute to upholding the fulfillment center’s stow quality standards. This role entails operational responsibilities and is performed under general supervision, requiring the Associate to meticulously annotate videos and images with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate:
- Commitment to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Candidates with 0 – 24 months of experience in any domain with good logical reasoning skills.
- Any Graduation students are eligible to apply.
- Constructive spirit of discontent & mental toughness
- Pace of implementation & consistency in performance
- Candidates should possess the ability to engage in video annotation tasks for extended periods of time.
- Candidates should have the capability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills.
A day in the life
GO-AI Associates are required to work in a 24×7 environment, with rotational shifts. Each shift will span 9 hours, inclusive of breaks. The specific timing of shifts may be adjusted every quarter or as per business needs. If an associate is assigned to the night shift, they will be eligible for a night shift allowance according to Amazon’s applicable work policy.
Weekly Offs:
Rotational schedule of two consecutive days off, allowing for a 5-day working week. The specific days off may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday, and will be determined based on business discretion..
