About the Team:
GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, aiming to enable hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images.Short videos, typically between 15 and 20 seconds, are sent to GO-AI for human annotation, detailing the products being stored at fulfillment centers. These videos are thoroughly reviewed and annotated using the best human judgment for business use. The annotations by GO-AI Associates enhance the effectiveness of the automated process, helping to maintain stow quality at the fulfillment center.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Watch and thoroughly understand videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
- Ensure the fulfillment center’s stow quality by maintaining precise and thorough video/image annotations.
- Perform operational tasks under general supervision with a high degree of accuracy and duration.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate:
- Commitment to meet deadlines.
- Constructive spirit of discontent and mental toughness.
- Consistent performance and quick implementation pace.
- Ability to perform video-based annotations for prolonged periods.
- Strong teamwork skills, including working effectively with remote teams.
A Day in the Life:
- Associates work a 9-hour shift, including breaks.
- Shifts may change every quarter or as per business requirements.
- Provided as per Amazon’s applicable work policy for those working night shifts.
Weekly Offs:
- Two consecutive days off are provided on a rotational basis.
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday).
- Off days are determined by business discretion.
Work Locations:
- Delhi NCR.
- Mandatory presence in the Delhi NCR location for onboarding.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
