Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations
- Administer tasks related to associate management.
- Assign duties to associates.
- Supervise and guide associates to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor inventory counts and address any issues in problem-solving queues.
- Ensure shift quality and develop action plans as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs for associates.
- Perform daily 4M and 5S audits for respective workstations.
- Act as a substitute for the Area Manager when required.
Basic Qualification
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications for a minimum of 2 years.
