Job description:

As the main liaison between Amazon and our third-party sellers, the Selling Partner Support (SPS) Associate provides phone and email support, adhering to internal service level agreements. This role entails promptly and accurately providing operational support to third-party sellers on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate’s focus on customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in shaping the experience of Amazon’s customers, making a strong customer-centric approach a key requirement for the position. In addition to addressing recurring system issues, the SPS associate is expected to contribute to process enhancements, create internal documentation, and foster a collaborative team environment. Virtual Contact Center (VCC) associates are expected to work remotely from a location approved by Amazon, ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity and a conducive work environment that enables optimal productivity and quality performance.

Responsibilities
  • With a strong sense of ownership, the Seller Support Associate takes full responsibility for every seller interaction, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities and delivering exceptional support to sellers.
  • Exhibits proficient, articulate, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The Seller Support Associate provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants, ensuring timely escalation of any issues encountered by Sellers.
  • Consistently maintains a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company in a favorable manner while effectively handling sensitive issues.
  • Exhibits outstanding time-management abilities and a self-reliant work approach, effectively utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively fosters a positive team environment and readily assists team members with challenging contacts as required.
  • Sustains satisfactory performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Engages in proactive problem-solving by leveraging logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and effectively communicating improvement suggestions through appropriate channels.
  • Engages in collaborative efforts with departments including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments teams to effectively address and resolve issues and inquiries raised by sellers.

  • Unplanned leaves are not permitted during the four months of (Training & Transition) period.
  • Ability to use a desktop and Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
  • A noise-free home environment with reliable internet connectivity is required to effectively work on and deliver tasks.
  • A strong and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps or higher, along with a minimum data allowance of 100 GB from a dependable service provider, is required.
  • It is required to have continuous access to a mobile phone from a dependable provider.
  • It is important to have a backup power source in case of power outages.
