Responsibilities
  • The Seller Support Associate takes full ownership of each seller interaction and proactively engages in problem-solving to provide exceptional support to sellers.
  • They exhibit effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Prompt and efficient service is delivered to Amazon Sellers and Merchants, with the appropriate escalation of any issues they encounter.
  • The Associate maintains a positive and professional demeanor, upholding the company’s positive image while effectively managing sensitive matters.
  • Excellent time-management skills are demonstrated, allowing them to work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • They actively contribute to a positive team environment and assist fellow team members with challenging contacts when necessary.
  • The Associate ensures their performance metrics, such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance, remain at acceptable levels.
  • Utilizing logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, they actively seek solutions and identify trends to be communicated to the appropriate channels, including offering improvement suggestions.
  • When necessary, they liaise with other departments like Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams to resolve Seller’s issues and address their inquiries.
Basic Qualifications
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and 0-10 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Exhibiting a proficient command of both written and verbal communication in English.
  • Job involves working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
  • Role includes handling phone, chat, and email interactions in a concurrent blended profile.
  • Ready to provide assistance to selling partners across diverse global marketplaces, encompassing India, USA, EU, and ME.
  • Candidates must have a power backup solution in case of power shutdowns for the duration of their shifts.
  • A rotational schedule with two consecutive days off within a 5-day working week.
  • During the initial four months (Training & Transition), unplanned leaves are not permitted.
  • Proficiency in using desktop/Laptop, Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Requires a quiet home environment with no background noise to focus on deliverables.
  • Should have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS and at least 100 GB data.
  • Availability of a mobile phone from a trustworthy provider at all times.
