Responsibilities
  • The Seller Support Associate takes full responsibility for every seller interaction from start to finish, showcasing proactive problem-solving skills and delivering exceptional support to sellers.
  • Exhibits proficient, articulate, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The Selling Partner Support Associate provides timely and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants, ensuring proper escalation of encountered issues.
  • Sustains a positive and professional demeanor at all times, consistently representing the company in a favorable manner and effectively handling sensitive issues.
  • Exhibits exceptional time-management abilities and demonstrates self-sufficiency in utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures while working independently.
  • Actively contributes to fostering a positive team environment and willingly assists team members with challenging customer interactions when necessary.
  • Consistently upholds acceptable performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

Education & Skills
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and 0-10 years of experience are eligible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • The role requires working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, which are scheduled based on business needs.
  • Candidates who are open to working in a concurrent blended profile involving phone, chat, and email communication.
  • Should be willing to service selling partners from all marketplaces across the Globe (Including India USA EU and ME)
  • The candidate should have a power backup arrangement in place for the duration of their shift in case of power shutdowns.
  • The schedule includes a rotational two-consecutive-day off system, resulting in a 5-day working week with two consecutive days off.
  • No unplanned leaves are permitted during the initial four months, which encompass the training and transition period.
  • Proficiency in operating desktops/laptops, familiarity with internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
  • A home environment that is free from background noise, allowing for uninterrupted internet connectivity and the ability to focus on work deliverables.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps or higher, along with a data plan of at least 100 GB from a dependable provider, is required.
  • It is necessary to have constant access to a mobile phone from a dependable provider.
  • Having a power backup contingency plan is essential in the event of a power shutdown.
  • Only candidates residing in Telangana should apply.
