Responsibilities
- Communicating with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers) via various mediums like tickets, emails, cases, and outbound calls.
- Escalating issues or discrepancies in information and data to the appropriate stakeholders and ensuring resolution.
- Demonstrating the ability to extract data from various databases (using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems) and conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Developing or understanding performance metrics to support business outcomes.
- Proficiency in defining business and functional requirements for Amazon’s technology teams responsible for creating and improving software systems and tools used by ROC.
- Quickly comprehending the business implications of trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Systematically escalating problems or data variances to the relevant owners and teams, and overseeing their resolution.
- Operating within specified time constraints to meet critical business needs while monitoring and tracking task completion.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as it may be necessary to create weekly reports outlining findings and goal variances and presenting these findings in review meetings.
- Providing real-time customer support by working in a 24*7 operating environment and being capable of handling extensive phone calls.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a strong academic performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as the role may involve creating weekly reports detailing findings and goal variances, and presenting these insights in leadership/stakeholder review meetings.
- Proficiency in building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Availability to work during night shifts.

- Skill in preparing, reporting, and interpreting extensive datasets
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including expertise in Pivot Tables and VLookUps.
