Virtual Technical Support (VTS) is an India-based work-from-home model focused on resolving issues related to devices and digital content. D2 VTS associates are expected to operate from an Amazon-approved location, guaranteeing reliable internet connectivity and a professional work environment. The primary responsibilities entail addressing customer inquiries, delivering technical support, and upholding high standards of customer service quality.
